I am interested in buying my own digital camera, but I require the cheapest 1 available. Not so cheap that it doesn’t work right, however.
It would also have to be capable to record videos. Please include the cost in Canadian dollars. Thanks!

The Canon PowerShot A590 IS is a good, inexpensive digital camera with a video mode. Since the exchange rate varies but is roughly comparable at this time, the US price is about $120 and I would expect the Canadian price to be similar. Shop around.
If you want a cheap but working one, I’ll probably look on ebay, or craigslist. If you don’t want one used the cheapest you can get in the store is around $90.00 its a samsung, and it recordes videos.
