I want to make big prints from the images. With roll film in a 35mm camera I am happy going to 30″x40″. Assuming lenses etc are the same on the digital camera and the roll film one, how many pixels will give the same definition? I want to be able to charge my batteries (Li-Ion) with a solar charger or another device without having to find a wall outlet to plug into. So I’m going to an amusement park and I’m hesitant to bring my digital camera. Disposable film cameras are always an option, I just hate not knowing what it looks like before it’s printed.
