Après possession of several Canon p/s that j' étais happy très with and posséder always two, are at all the sx200 what j' have compté. I l' have just renvoyé.
The automatic flash is right a design really bad for several reasons.
The darkroom n' has a slipping feeling très, and anything à really of l' to anchor in your hand with any feeling of the sÔ reté of the fall.
I fear that it is a true eater d' énergie reloading of the batteries and remplaçant à much often.

Canon SX200 This is a wonderful camera and it should be easy to learn to use it but the instruction booklet stinks. First it is too small and the print much smaller than makes for easy reading. The pictures of the LCD
are so dark I have to use a magnifier to see what the icons are. I have 20-20 vision so I suspect I’m not alone with my thoughts. Come on Canon,
you make a fine camera but spend a few more bucks and make the booklet easier to read, esp. for the novice trying to improve his photo skills.

Review of the camera was very good. So, decided to buy it. Picture qualities were not as expected. Surprisingly my older canon powershot 650 IS produced better pic than this camera.

Personally, I’m not really impressed with the camera. Canon can do much better, especially for the price.
Besides all the other issues:
The photos have heavy noise filtering and then sharpening.
It seems to have trouble consistently focusing.
The photos are a bit under-saturated even in bright daylight.

This camera worked great for 9 weeks then I got a “lens error” and now it’s too late to return it to Amazon and Canon won’t fix it. Don’t risk buying this camera.
