I recently bought this SLR with standard lens from Amazon and have been massively disappointed. I previously owned a Powershot A540, and the SLR is not better than him for five or six times the money. 1) The camera does not take regular photos. Despite the fact that the subject is in focus, the shutter will not release. You press the shutter button and nothing happens. You press again, nothing happens, etc.. sometimes the camera just does not work. 2) The delay between pictures is ridiculous. The delay on the camera point and shoot was bad enough. But it '; s worst on this SLR. It indicates that it is regularly held and won ', t do anything. I miss all kinds of images until the camera to let me take another picture again. 3) The system of image stabilization is a joke. I have just as much trouble on images this camera as a point and shoot. 4) The sytem of 9 auto focus points is also unnecessary. This camera is just as bad as the development and forcing them to focus on just one thing and leave everything else out of focus. 5) This camera will not take pictures of close. The arrangement of close on this camera is meaningless. I can take pictures closer to the subject with my point and shoot with this camera. 6) The continuous display of shooting this camera is worthless. Why is it only works on the way up? What good is that? Why not just admit you don ', t have a continuous display of shooting? 7) Unlike the other SLR ', s, you must look through the viewfinder to frame a shot, because the screen LCD does not show you what you shoot. While the LCD may not be completely accurate description of the image being taken in most cases is sufficient guidance and convenient, rather than squinting at the throug a small viewfinder. I am more and more come to the conclusion that Canon is a manufacturer below camera. I only wish I had known this before I spent over $ 700 on this piece of junk. Rating: 1 / 5

Hello everyone! Well I had the Canon XSI the other day and I wanted you all know how the job posting online. Not good! Let me explain how it works and why it does not work underwater. 1. You have two choices in auto focus in Live View. Quick View: Samples points Focus Live View: The samples in the center Both are slow. 2. When you think of how living should work it does not. You must think to focus as you press the shutter Botton down 1 / 2 way and it would be Focus. Prominent Live it does not. Strange? How do you think it is. You press the memory of Botton. Then, after it focuses you press the Shutter Botton. The biggest problem, it will take 1 TO3 Sec. just focus. Good for fish! Man I had great hopes for this camera but I will return. If someone else has seen a better way to reach us know. But I think not. Man this camera Sucks !!!!!

As an artist, I want to spend my energy to compose the image rather than fiddling with technical parameters for this piece of work is just my way. Ridiculous to spend all this money and the camera can not even make movies!
